To avoid any potential technical difficulties we strongly recommend that you test your Real player at least 24 hours prior to the event.
In order to view Webcasts at Northwestern University, you must have the most recent version of Real Player installed for your computer. To reduce occurrence of pop-up ads during use of Real player, please install the special NU-versions of Real player provided below.
STEPS: 1. Click on the version of Real Player that is compatible with your computer to begin downloading it. 2. Once download is complete, click on the purple button "Test Real Player" to insure installation was successful.
NOTE: During the installation of Real Player expect to encounter several screens asking for you to accept End User License Agreements by clicking on the Accept button. For successful installation of Real Player you must not skip these steps.
TEST YOUR SUCCESS: Have you installed Real Player successfully? To find out, click on the purple "Test Real Player" button below. If you can view the movie clip, your computer system is properly configured for viewing Webcasts. Congratulations!
